Thank you for taking an interest in Kalen Photography which specialises in producing outstanding, contemporary, wedding and family images on location with exquisite attention to detail and an exceptional personal service. We also offer a restoration service for photographs that have faded or have been damaged to be restored to their original glory.

John Caleniuc is the proprietor of Kalen Photography who has a great passion and a natural artistic flair in producing distinguished images for today's ever increasing sophisticated and discerning clientele. Once an enquiry is made he will personally make arrangements for you to view his portfolio and discuss your requirements either at the wedding reception venue or in the comfort of your own home for 'family' images.

This personal service will enable John to fully understand your needs and expectations so as to provide distinguished images for you to cherish forever. He has a natural unobtrusive documentary style of photography that has been gained throughout the last 10 years, photographing people as well as a variety of animate objects. This all helps to complement his renowned attention to detail as well as capturing the true spirit, feelings and emotions of his subjects on the day being wedding or family orientated.

Once the images have been captured, time and attention is given to each individual photograph so as to amplify its quality and aesthetic value. Your series of images are then placed on a DVD as well as printed on a 'Contact Sheet' for you to view and then choose which ones you would like to be placed in your album.

The albums we use are from the finest manufacturers in Italy and the UK. Each album strives to tell a story and capture the true spirit, feelings and emotions of the day. They are therefore bespoke in design and individually tailored to suit your images. No two albums are ever the same.

However, if you wish to have all your images placed on a DVD for you to take away and print at a later date at your own expense or place in your own privately purchased album then this too can easily be arranged.

In addition, the photographic restoration service will enhance those images that have perhaps faded over time or have been damaged in some way. This service involves your images to be scanned and digitally restored to their original state. Furthermore, the restoration service can provide computer enhancement for details such as blemishes to be removed or items that detract from the overall aesthetic quality of the photograph.
